Tunggul kayu atas kepala

Komputer terkecil di dunia - fit-PC2
FIt-PC2 adalah Komputer terkecil di dunia yang kini berada di pasaran antarabangsa, belum berada di pasaran Malaysia. Komputer keluaran syarikat Compulab ini berukuran 115x101x27 mm, lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan Compact Disk.
Casingnya terbuat dari alumunium yang dapat menyerap energi panas sehingga tak lagi memerlukan kipas angin yang kadangkala berbunyi bising. Dengan demikian, fit-PC2 sama sekali tak mengeluarkan bunyi pada digunakan.
Bentuknya yang nipis membuatnya tidak memerlukan tempat yang luas. Selain itu, dengan dukungan Intel Atom PC di dalamnya menghasilkan komputer yang tidak menggunakan tenaga elektrik yang besar iaitu hanya memerlukan tenaga elektrik sebesar 6 watt bagi pengoperasian normal Windows XP atau Linux.

MOSCOW - Majlis Mufti Rusia kelmarin sebulat suara menyatakan bahawa ayat suci al-Quran yang muncul dua kali seminggu pada kulit Ali Yakubov iaitu seorang bayi lelaki berusia sembilan bulan di wilayah Dagestan, selatan Rusia merupakan amaran tuhan kepada semua penduduk Islam di Rusia dan Dagestan.
Menurut kenyataan majlis itu, mengikuti perintah Allah dan meninggalkan segala persengketaan, mewujudkan keamanan sesama umat Islam dan dengan jiran, membersihkan diri daripada dosa dan mula mengamalkan prinsip kejiranan selain bermaaf-maafan menyebabkan penduduk Islam di negara tersebut akan mendapat keampunan Allah.
Menurut beberapa laporan, ibu bapa Ali yang tinggal di bandar Kizlyar di wilayah Dagestan dan kalangan imam tempatan mendakwa ayat suci al-Quran itu muncul pada hari Isnin dan Jumaat sebelum hilang dan digantikan dengan ayat baru.
Salah satu ayat itu bermaksud: "Allah ialah Pencipta segala yang ada.".
Apabila ayat suci seterusnya muncul, Ali tidak dapat tidur sepanjang malam dan mengalami demam dengan kepanasan badannya tidak dapat dikurangkan walaupun dengan menggunakan ubat-ubatan kuat.

Menurut beberapa laporan, ibu bapa Ali yang tinggal di bandar Kizlyar di wilayah Dagestan dan kalangan imam tempatan mendakwa ayat suci al-Quran itu muncul pada hari Isnin dan Jumaat sebelum hilang dan digantikan dengan ayat baru.
Salah satu ayat itu bermaksud: "Allah ialah Pencipta segala yang ada.".
Apabila ayat suci seterusnya muncul, Ali tidak dapat tidur sepanjang malam dan mengalami demam dengan kepanasan badannya tidak dapat dikurangkan walaupun dengan menggunakan ubat-ubatan kuat.
Semasa dia dilahirkan, Ali didapati menghidap penyakit jantung dan berkaitan dengan otak tetapi dia sembuh sepenuhnya selepas ayat al-Quran mula muncul pada tubuhnya. - Agensi

Dapat dari email, Sampul surat dihantar oleh LHDN......
Seorang pekerja swasta telah membuat panggilan ke LHDN dan bertanyakan 'Form 'B'. Salah seorang kerani LHDN telah menjawab panggilan tersebut dan bertanyakan alamat bagi membolehkan borang tersebut dihantar dan berikut adalah perbualan mereka :-
Kerani LHDN : Boleh bagi alamat encik?
Pekerja Swasta : Ok, hantar ke Ranhill Worley di opis saya.
Kerani LHDN : Apa Ranhill? ...... eja macam mana?
Pekerja Swasta : R.A.N.H.I.L.L eja dia camni : 'R'.. untuk Rumah... 'A' untuk Ayam .. 'N' untuk Nangka... 'H' untuk Holland ... 'I' untuk itik..'L.L' untuk lain- lain....'
Kerani LHDN : Ok.. nanti kami hantar ke alamat itu
Selepas seminggu, borang tersebut pun sampai - jom tengok alamat di sampul surat !!!
Kalau memang betullah cerita di atas memang tak layak nak minta bonus kerani tu.

Jangan sambut Valentine Day untuk orang Islam
Kepada pasangan kekasih,suami isteri Islam, sebab apa Ulama mengharamkan perayaan Valentine Day. Nak nbagi bunga,kad, ucapan i love you hari-hari pun boleh buat bukannya menunggu 14 Feb. Ini adalah kerana asal-usul perayaan valentine day adalah perayaan orang Kristian. Macam hari-hari istimewa umat Islam contohnya Hari Israk dan Mikraj- bukan ke untuk orang Islam sahaja. Begitu juga hari Valentine ni untuk orang Kristian - apa kejadahnya kita nak sambut walau apa alasan sekalipun.
Kisah St. Valentine.
Di kurun yang ke 5 masihi, pihak gereja katholik berhasrat untuk menghapuskan perayaan kesuburan musyrik yang diraikan oleh orang-orang Rom sejak dari kurun ke 4 sebelum masihi. Pada bulan Febuari setiap tahun akan diadakan cabutan bertuah untuk meraikan para remaja lelaki yang memasuki peringkat akil baligh dihadapan “tuhan” Lupericus. Bagi para remaja perempuan mereka juga akan mengambil bahagian didalam cabutan bertuah ini, dengan meletakkan nama mereka didalam sebuah kotak dan nama-nama tersebut akan dicabut secara rambang oleh para remaja lelaki tadi. Remaja perempuan yang dicabut namanya oleh remaja lelaki tadi akan dihadiahkan kepadanya. Pasangan sejoli tadi akan keluar dari tempat penyembahan tersebut sebagai “sepasang suami-isteri”, yang akan menikmati keseronokan dari hubungan tersebut selama setahun sehingga tiba masa untuk cabutan bertuah pada tahun yang berikutnya.
Pihak gereja tidak meredhai ciri pergaulan bebas yang ada pada penyembahan tersebut dan berusaha untuk mengakhirinya dengan melantik “wali (saint) cinta”, yang akan dianugerahkan kemulian bagi mengantikan ritual kepada Lupericus. Mereka memilih seorang bishop yang bernama Valentine yang telah dihukum bunuh pada kurun ke 3 masihi. Hukuman yang yang terimanya adalah kerana beliau menyangah Emperor Claudius yang mengharamkan perkahwinan kerana menganggap perkahwinan meyebabkan orang lelaki menjadi askar yang tidak berkualiti, kerana mereka enggan untuk meninggalkan keluarga mereka untuk ke medan perang. Valentine telah menerima mereka untuk dikahwinkan secara rahsia, sebuah jenayah yang mengakibatkan dia dijatuhi hukuman bunuh. Bagaimanapun sebelum dilaksanakan hukuman tersebut dia dikatakan sempat mengirimkan ucapan selamat tinggal kepada anak perempuan orang yang memenjarakannya yang mana dia telah jatuh cinta kepadanya ketika dia berada di penjara. Ucapan tersebut berbunyi, “Dari Valentine dikau”.
